Before being permitted to access the Club to practice under Phase 2, each member will be required:
to have read these protocols and to sign an acknowledgement that they have read, understand and agree to follow the requirements of these protocols each time they visit the Club as a bowler, monitor or
to sign a waiver of liability if they have not already done so under Phase 1; and
to complete and sign the symptom screening questionnaire and attendance register every time they visit the Club.
Failure to follow these protocols will result in a member’s playing privileges being revoked.
Under these Phase 2 protocols members who want to play must pre-book.
There are 4 weekly sessions when members can request a time -
MONDAYS - 6:30 PM TO 8:30 PM
WEDNESDAYS - 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM
FRIDAYS - 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM
SUNDAYS -10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM
Requests for bookings can be made
(i) On the form below, or
(ii) by phone to Sharon Cowie at 604-506-7502. Please do not call after 9:00 pm.
This booking system will be open on Saturdays until 9:00 pm for members to book for the following week starting with the Monday evening session. If you miss the close-off time and would like to book a session please contact Sharon through the website or by phone and she will accommodate late requests if there is room.
If you have to cancel after you have requested a particular session, please email Sharon Cowie at to let her know.
Because we are operating under provincial health requirements certain rules must be followed:
Arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the appointed time. If you are early, please wait outside the grounds.
Bring your own bowls and keep them in your car because the clubhouse can only be entered to use the washrooms.
If you use club bowls a set will be assigned to you by one of the monitors on your first visit. You may then retain that set through the Phase 1 period.
Bring a pen with you for signing the Symptom Screening Questionnaire form on all visits.
Wear a face mask when checking in and whenever you visit the washroom.
Do not use the large mats so if the greens are soft, please be very careful not to create divots on delivery.
